SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

Personal information we collect. The personal information we collect directly from you may include your name, postal address, email address and phone number, plus details you give us about your property and the services you're interested in.

How we use it. We use information about you to meet your expectations, give you a great experience with Red Services LLC, and improve our business to better serve you. For example: responding to your requests and quotes, improving user experience, personalizing content and processing transactions.

Sharing. We may combine or share information among current Red Services LLC companies to perform services such as fulfilling orders and delivering services, scheduling and performing product installation, providing customer care and technical support, and fulfilling monitoring services.

Terms of service

The types of messages you can expect to receive are to confirm appointments, clarify billing and answer questions about requests for bids. Customers and guests may receive updates about orders, deliveries or other relevant information. Job applicants may receive information about application status, onboarding or other employment-related updates.

SMS terms & conditions

1. SMS consent. Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Types of messages. If you consent to receive text messages from Red Safety, you may receive appointment reminders, follow-up messages and billing inquiries. Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Red Safety at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Red Safety at any time."
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 1 message per day about your appointments, billing or account.
4. Fees. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's plan.
5. Opt-in. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you submit a form on our website. The box is optional, and you can submit any form without it.
6. Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message at any time, or contact us to be removed from our messaging list.
